These include online visa applications, airline reservations, car, motorbike or bicycle rentals and on special request, health caretakers, chaperons or child-minders. Travelers who require other services that we may not undertake are redirected to the best alternative providers within our extensive network, in an unbiased and responsible manner.

Asiana Travel Mate is committed to community outreach as part of its ethic of responsible travel and sharing. Some of these initiatives are designed for our traveler's participation with revenue directed to the cause of the program that benefit whole communities or deserving individuals.

These altruistic programs address issues of sustainable livelihoods, equal access to academic or vocational opportunities, preservation of the natural and cultural heritage of custodian communities or emergency relief. Ultimately, our outlook is to engender self sustaining programs operated largely by communal stakeholders in partnership with Asiana Travel Mate and our concerned travelers.
