You can get Vietnam visa at Vietnam embassy/consulate where you are. But if you will coming by air and you want save time , you can apply to get visa by “visa on arrival”, it is a way convenient and fast.
The processing include 4 steps is quoted bellow:
“STEP 1: FILL IN THE VISA FORM
Download, fill in the visa form then sent us or apply online form.
STEP 2: CONFIRM AND PAY
You will receive a confirmation. Please Confirm the information by replying this email to make sure that correct as it appears on your passport.
Pay the service fee:
We will send you request for payment to PAYPAL with detail.
-If using online payment (PayPal or Money Booker) inform us via email once the payment was made.
-If using Money transfer options: You will be given a Money transfer control number or reference number with Secret word. Please send us this information

STEP 3: GET YOUR APPROVAL LETTER
Get the "Visa approval letter" (will be sent to you by email with JPEG/PDF format in attached files) within 2 or 3 working days.

You must print the letter out with 2 passport photos for boarding the airplane and get your visa on passport at Vietnam international airports.”
