Travelling Japan, tyoko, Solo

I was thinking of going to Japan, hopefully, this year. I wasn't thinking of any fancy hotel as I'm on budget thus I would most probably be staying in one of the capsule hotel - Shinjuku Green Plaza.

My trip to Japan would most likely be a 5 days trip and I would like to know how can I navigate my way from Narita Airport to the capsule hotel. (The cheapest possible route.) Also,if possible, how should I spend my 5 days fruitfully around the area near my capsule or if travel is possible by cheap... bus ride to get there.

I don't see the japan but heard that all the people's of the japan was very well behaves with the tourist.The destination in the japan to watch is very good and the travel service is also a very good in the japan.
