I would like to find out more information for the above hotel, I'll be in Melbource on 22 Nov and plan to stay there till 28 Nov'..

My friend recommended the above hotel to me said this hotel location is good and not too expensive... Could some one enlighten me more info on this hotel??

Kindly also advise me the weather in Melbouce..

It is right in the centre of town (actually on the western and of the central business district. It is within easy walking district of the aquarium, Southbank. city shops and the casino. It is right next to the major railway station and also on tram routes to the beach.
It is a budget hotel and I have never been there. I have seen mixed reports on it and the main criticism is car parking which is at a premium in city centres anywhere. Other reports were during very busy times like the Spring Racing carnival but I don't think there are any major events in late November.
