Question about Visa to Israel
Hey guys! New to the boards here, but so far seen good advice. My case is kind of unique but heres the info: I am a US citizen who has been to Israel about 3 times in the past 2 years (twice in the past year!). I am going to Israel to study in a school for one year. I have yet to choose what school to go to, so I am not able to get a student visa yet. I went to the Israeli Consulate near me, and they told me to get it in Israel. I forgot to tell them that I am going on a one way ticket. Am I safe flying on a one way ticket and if border patrol asks how lnog I am staying for and say 1 year but don't have a visa? Help! lol

dear friend,
I think you can get better response by google search.
So just go for it. All the best.

You will not get an authoritative answer from random strangers here. Return to the consulate and tell them you are going on a one way ticket. They are the only ones who can give you the correct answer.
Just because someone, sometime, was lucky to do just that, because the immigration officer was in a good mood, does not necessarily mean that it will go smoothly for you, if the rules state otherwise.
