just wondering if anyone can make some suggestions for accomodation for my 25th wedding anniversary Feb 2010. We have never been to Phuket so are relying on VT'ers help, we would like to stay in accomodation with a balcony and nice view, nice pool and close to beach. The shopping and night life aspect we are not fazed as we can always catch a taxi to them. Budget is upto $200 AUD.

You can find in Google by typing Budget hotels.. call and make enquiry and book the hotel...

Try to visit the beaches of Koh-Chang. I've been there last month and the place is really romantic and affordable.

Phuket is a beautiful beach of thailand. Burasari Hotel could be a hint of me for you.

I have never bean in Thai Island but i to know how beautiful is this place. Every Month 10000 and more people tour this place i love to have a tour of Thai Island.
