One of our competitors has copied our copyrighted content, we have sent them email but they are not responding, Please let me know what should we do now? Inform them to Google? Inform the hosting company or what?

You can actually shut down his site through ISP but I'm afraid he might track you down. I think the best thing you can do is file a DMCA - report it to Digital Millennium Copyright Act to their hosting company and to Google.

Send him a copy of infringement Cease and desist - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia and report them to their hosting for them to be shut down. Here the DMCA http://www.google.com/dmca.html. Read it.

If they copied the content from your content, google will not consider the copied content so they will get suffer.
