Hi can anybody helps us with our choice for good gay accommodation in Palm Springs in october for 5 nights? we like:

* bit modern, not old
* pool open for much sun (Iheard many pool do not get much sun)
* clothing or non clothing in pool optional
* luxury
* our budget is till max. 200 us dollar per night for 2
* like facilities like sauna, steamroom but only if they look good (not only for cruising)
* young crowd
